GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTC)

Bed and Breakfast – Maison Pistache

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the booking and rental of guest rooms offered by Maison Pistache , located at 11 place de la Collégiale, 87210 Le Dorat , operated by the owner of the premises.

Any reservation, regardless of the channel used (website, telephone, email), implies full, complete and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Description of services

Maison Pistache offers bed and breakfast accommodation including:

  • The provision of a furnished and equipped room
  • Breakfast is included in the price.
  • Access to common areas
  • The equipment and services described on the website

The photographs and descriptions presented on the site are not contractual but true to reality.

3. Reservation

Reservations can be made:

  • Via the website
  • By phone
  • By email

No deposit is required.

The reservation becomes firm after written confirmation (email) sent by the owner.

The owner reserves the right to refuse a booking in the event of an unusual request, a prior dispute, or inappropriate behavior.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding tourist tax.

The tourist tax must be paid on site in accordance with local regulations.

Prices may be changed at any time, but the applicable price is the one in effect at the time of the confirmed booking.

5. Payment terms

The accepted payment methods are:

  • Bank card
  • Bank transfer
  • Species
  • Check

Full payment for the stay is due upon departure .

In case of non-payment, the owner reserves the right to initiate any recovery proceedings.

6. Cancellation and modification

6.1 Cancellation by the customer

All cancellations must be made in writing (email or message).

Terms :

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival
  • Less than 24 hours before arrival: the first night is due
  • In case of no-show: the first night will be charged.

Any night started is due.
In case of a shortened stay, the total amount initially booked remains due.

6.2 Cancellation by the owner

In the event of force majeure or exceptional impossibility of hosting, the owner undertakes to reimburse any sums received without additional compensation.

7. Arrival and departure

  • Arrival time: from 4:00 PM
  • Departure time: before 11:00 AM

Any late arrival must be reported in advance.

In case of an unauthorized late departure, an additional night may be charged.

8. Use of premises

The client agrees to respect the peace and quiet of the premises.

It is strictly forbidden:

  • Smoking is prohibited in rooms and indoor spaces.
  • Organizing parties or events without prior agreement
  • Bringing in undeclared persons during the booking process

Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate exclusion without refund.

9. Capacity

The reservation is made for a specific number of people.

Any excess may result in:

  • The refusal of additional people
  • Or the billing of an additional charge

10. Animals

Pets are not allowed .

11. Responsibility

The owner declines all responsibility in the event of:

  • Theft, loss or damage to personal belongings
  • Accident occurred on the property grounds

The client is responsible for all damages caused by themselves or those accompanying them and agrees to compensate them.

12. Damage

Any damage to or loss of equipment will be charged to the customer at its replacement or repair value.

An exceptional cleaning fee may also be charged in the event of an abnormal condition of the premises.

13. Insurance

The client confirms that they are covered by civil liability insurance.

14. Force majeure

The owner cannot be held responsible for events beyond their control (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.).

15. Personal data

The data collected is used solely for managing reservations.

In accordance with regulations (GDPR), the customer has the right to access, modify and delete their data.

16. Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.

Failing that, jurisdiction is assigned to the courts of the district where the establishment is located.

17. Acceptance of conditions

All bookings imply full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
